BMO Smart Sense

This project was to design the experience around a fairly simple and potentially mundane business assessment tool. The goal was to align products and services to customer needs and provide them with a PDF (AKA. Action Plan) that they could then print and walk into any branch. This was also done in an effort to support BMO front employees (Tellers and Advisors) that may or may not have the skill to properly assess and sell business services.
